At Colostomy Bag Store, we understand the importance of hygiene and safety, especially when it comes to medical products. For this reason, we follow a strict no-return policy on most items, except in cases of product damage or incorrect delivery.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the hygienic and medical nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

• One-Piece Systems
• Two-Piece Systems
• Stomaplate Options
• Postoperative Care Products
• Stoma Accessories

Once sold and delivered, these products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

2. Returns Accepted Only for the Following Reasons:

We will accept returns only if:

• You received the wrong product
• The product is damaged or defective on arrival
• The product is expired at the time of delivery (very rare)

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3.Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
• Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or advise the next steps.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and sealed if applicable.

We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product appears used or tampered with.

4.Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
